I cannot say a single bad thing about this company.
I stumbled across them earlier this year after seeing someone tag them on Facebook.
I've now put in my 3rd order (or is it 4th ????) and I'm always so happy with what I've received.
Helen and her team are so helpful-its not just a business, they really do care and offer the best advice! I've sent countless messages asking advice and opinions on what to choose, and they've been so lovely every single time.
The fact that I can get a copy of pretty much any branded paint for a fraction of the cost is amazing.. AND even better that they do clearpay because it then doesn't hit my bank all at once ????.
I love their group and Facebook page, and enjoy all the photos of transformations, plus recommendations of paints and colours that go together.
I always tag and recommend them on Facebook and in person to anyone I know too haha.
I will never buy my paint anywhere else again, that's for sure.

Helen and her team are fantastic. I had previously painted my kitchen with another brand and found this hadn’t worked well. I then came across DCO and spoke to Helen about what I wanted, the colour I wanted and what I had envisaged the end product to look like. Helen gave me fantastic advice and guidance. I repainted my kitchen and so far it has been fantastic. The paint was easy to use (I used the BIN primer and then the zinsser all coat), went on smoothly and dried quickly. It stated it takes 7 days to cure so we were extra careful although I noticed someone had dropped coffee down the doors. I was able to scrub the coffee off and the doors still look perfect. Thank you so much Helen. We will use you again.

I have had 2 lots of orders from Decorating Centre Online. I love Farrow and Ball paint and it's used in every room, however, I searched for a good colour match paint as F&B isnt practical! I ordered Downpipe and Dimpse in November and I was shocked by the amazing quality of the paint and also how perfect the colour match was. The paint is scrubbable, which was great as it was needed in a high traffic area. I have since ordered again from Decirating Centre Online, a colour match of F&B Sulking room pink and Purbeck Stone. Fantastic quality again and great value for money. I didnt buy tester pots for any of these and took a leap of faith and really think it paid off!

Ordered two cushions on line from the Decorating Centre on the 29th December 2020. They arrived within 48 hours. Exactly what we wanted. Great service from a small company. Highly recommend.

I've used decorating centre online for a while now, since lockdown they were the only place i could order paint matching to Farrow & Ball (and are so close to the original i cant even tell which is which). I had one order that arrived partially damaged and they have sorted me out a replacement which is arriving tomorrow. Cannot fault the product or the excellent customer service. Thank you! Will be telling friends and family.

We ordered the first paint match to match Farrow and Ball's Stone Blue. First of all it wasn't the same but similar enough we didn't send it back. But as we put it on the walls we found it to be such bad quality. We hadn't even started living in the room yet and it was marking at the slightest touch and when we tried to clean it off it was leaving stains. We had to order another batch to do more coats. We went for the hardwearing instead of the basic not thinking it would be such a different colour to the basic! It's much much lighter, so now we will probably have to get another tin as we are having to paint the whole room again. Again it's not the same as the original Stone Blue by Farrow and Ball. We should have just bought the Farrow and Ball and be done with it. That's what we'll be doing next time as we've now spent more on this paint then we would have on F&B.
